Day 1 (27.6.2004): Arrival to Turku and Naantali
Arrival to Turku by boat or by air. Transfer to the hotel by private motor coach and English speaking assistant. Check-in.
Welcome dinner at the hotel.
Overnight: Naantali Spa Yacht Hotel

Day 2 (28.6.2004): Naantali - Turku
Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast bicycles are waiting for you at the hotel. Start your cycling tour around lovely old town of Naantali. Then continue to Turku, the former capital of Finland. Visit the Turku Castle and Aboa Vetus – old city excavations.
After light lunch at local restaurant by the Aurajoki river, free time to walk or cycle around Turku.
Return to Naantali by bicycles.
In the early evening cooking school with Finnish traditional food at the hotel.

Day 3 (29.6.2004): Naantali - Turku archipelago
After breakfast ride your bike to the pier and hop onboard a private boat taking you to the Houtskär island, one of the islands in the ring of islands. Continue island hopping by bicycle and local ferries to Korppoo and Nauvo. Sandwiches arranged for picnic lunch along the way while enjoying the peaceful scenery in the archipelago.
On arrival to Nauvo, possibility to have a shower at nearby hotel.
Dinner at the gourmet restaurant LÉscale at the Nauvo Harbour. Enjoy archipelago food at its best.
After dinner transfer to the hotel.

Day 4 (30.6.2004): Fiskars - Mustio
After breakfast check-out from the hotel. Continue by private coach to the village of Fiskars – a former ironworks village currently having a lively artist community. Look at the local gallery and enjoy local handicraft shops. Light lunch at excellent restaurant Wärdshus.
After lunch continue by winding country roads by bike to the next accommodation place, Mustio.
Short introduction to the Mustio Manor followed by culinary school at the Mustio Manor premises. Tonight you will learn about game food and enjoy a lovely dinner prepared by yourselves together with a top chef.

Day 5 (1.7.2004): Mustio – Tammisaari – Inkoo - Helsinki
After breakfast transfer to the seaside town of Tammisaari along the Kings Road. Ride around the old town of Tammisaari and continue along the winding coastal roads to Fagervik and Inkoo. From Inkoo continue via Espoo (passing the Nokia head office and nice seaside views) to Helsinki by private motor coach.
Dinner under own arrangement at a local restaurant (list of recommendations provided).
Overnight: Scandic Hotel Simonkenttä, Helsinki

Day 6 (2.7.2004): Helsinki
After breakfast Helsinki sightseeing by bicycle. Visit the famous Temppeliaukio Church (the Church in the Rock), the Senate Square and Helsinki Market.
At noon visit local chef in his restaurant and hear about the level of culinarist delights in Helsinki. Lunch at the local restaurant.
Afternoon free for shopping or touring Helsinki on your own.
Overnight: Scandic Hotel Simonkenttä, Helsinki

Day 7 (3.7.2004): Helsinki
After breakfast transfer to the airport for flight home or continue on self-guided cycling tour to Tallinn or cultural tour to St. Petersburg.
